This is the car that will race at Le Mans in 2514.
Trust me, I'm a time traveler.

This is not, as it were, grounded to the ground.

Mercedes got the getting in the air part right, staying there, however, it is the problem.

Something I've wondered is how a large, high-bypass turbofan jet engine can sound exactly like a Harley.

Suspension of disbelief is made sort of difficult when what is clearly a jet engine is going "dugadugadugadugaduga"

Just out of curiosity, how the hell would you make that go around a tight corner quickly?

If I tell you, the time course could become altered, lol. But imagine a front positioned hydrogen powered jet engine, with 4 exhaust nozzles, that can move in any direction, making the car corner, also, imagine that the side openings on the hood can open and close as the driver needs/on board computer commands them, further helping steering.
